Post Office Box Customers please note:
UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS ground regardless of the requested shipping option.
Domestic Shipping
- Ground Shipping via UPS or USPS usually arrives within 10 business days.
- Two day shipping available via UPS 2nd day air.
- Next day shipping available via UPS Next day air.
Unless two day or next day shipping is requested, we ship all items via our ground shipping vendors. Most shipments will be shipped via UPS and should arrive within 10 business days. We will ship via the United States Post Office to PO boxes, APO boxes and certain northwestern US addresses.
On request we will ship packages within the United States via 2nd day and Next day air*.
Shipping charges are based on weight and distance from our Wenatchee, Washington warehouse.
In most cases we are able to ship orders complete the next business day. However, if we are out of stock on an item, the customer has the choice to hold the order until all items have been received or to receive their order in two separate shipments.**
Canadian Shipping
- Standard Shipping via USPS Airmail Parcel Post.
- Standard Shipping is uninsured, and does not offer a tracking number.
- Please allow several weeks to receive your shipment due to possible delays in customs.
When shipping to Canada we ship all orders via USPS Airmail Parcel Post shipping. Although you may be required to pay duty, USPS does not charge for brokerage services. Packages that are sent via to Canada are not insured. Dogwise takes great care in packaging, however, there is no way to guarantee that merchandise will arrive without any damage. When ordering from Canada, the customer assumes all shipping risks.

International Shipping
- Standard shipping via USPS air does not offer a tracking number, and is not insured.
- Expedited shipping with tracking numbers available.
- Customer is responsible for any and all Duty Fees and Brokerage Services.
Customers located outside the United States and Canada have two options for shipping. For those customers who want fast service and require tracking numbers we will ship via UPS International Expedited services. This option may be selected by choosing the 'Expedited' shipping option when checking out on the web site. Shipping charges are determined by weight and distance. Please note that International Expedited is very expensive because books are relatively heavy.
For a more reasonable shipping charge, our standard shipping method is Air Parcel Post from the United States Postal Service. This is selected by choosing the 'Standard' shipping option when ordering online. Charges are much more reasonable, however, these packages cannot be tracked and shipping time may stretch to several weeks especially if the package is going beyond North America. Packages that are sent via the 'Standard' shipping option are not insured. Dogwise takes great care in packaging, however, there is no way to guarantee that merchandise will arrive without any damage.
