Cagehero has teamed up with Samurai Wrestling/Alvarez BJJ to bring one of the best wrestlers to Arlington. The sessions covered Takedown/Takedown defense and Chain Wrestling.
Never have I ever seen so many kid's pay attention for for so long !!! Everyone was locked in eager to learn from a National Champion. Was a gerat time and everyone learned a lot !!!

CAGEHERO CLINIC 2: Lance Palmer
OCTOBER 21, 2012: Fargo, North Dakota
Cagehero teamed up with Terry Pack's Legend's of Gold- the Premier Wrestling organization in the Midwest to bring Lance Palmer to there new facility.
Palmer was a 4x All American @ Ohio State, Undefeated MMA Rising Star, star of the famed wrestling documentary "Pinned", and an all-around great guy.
The Kids drilled hard---3 hard sessions and a great speech from Lance !!

CAGEHERO CLINIC 1: Ben Askren
June 2, 2012:
Cagehero brought Ben Askren, one of the best wrestlers of ALL Time to Vermont!! Ben is an Olympian, National Wrestling Champion, Bellator MMA Champion and most importantly, a role model to the kids.
The Kids had a great time and learned from the best !!
